Helmar Super Strength PVA Woodworking glue is a premium PVA adhesive which exceeds Australian Manufacturing Standards.

It has been developed for use with timbers that require an exceptionally strong bond. Most timber is now being cut at an early age, even after kiln drying there is still considerable movement in the timber. Standard PVA's cannot hold their bond, this is especially a concern with applications such as making table or bench tops where laminating of several of timber is required. Over a period of time the joins separate. Using Helmar Super Strength PVA Woodworking glue this problem is avoided. Sheer strength is very high at 4000N. In laboratory tests using Tasmanian Oak the average sheer strength achieved was 4063 N.
